Performance Engineer
Mr Chazapis joined our Company in 2019 as a new building Supervisor during our Kamsarmax new building project in China. He has a vast knowledge and experience in the field of new building on all main aspects such as hull, outfitting, machinery, FATs, coating and sea trials. He studied BEng Marine Engineering at Newcastle University, MSc Renewable and Sustainable Energy Technologies at Northumbria University, UK. His studies continued with MSc Naval Architechture at Newcastle University and MSc Marine Operations and Management at Liverpool John Moores University, UK. He has an experience on ship maintenance procedures and environmental performance and on January 2020 he joined our Technical Department as a Performance Engineer.
On a personal note… Playing football or basketball with my friends is one of my favorite activities from an early age. Other interests have to do with reading books and traveling. I usually spend my time with my wife and my beloved daughter.
