Captain Maoutsos Ioannis joined our Company in 2025 as Marine Superintendent. He holds a Master’s License and has served in the shipping industry for over 12 years, primarily on tankers. Prior to joining our shore-based team, he built a solid seagoing career before transitioning ashore in 2024. He is currently completing an MBA in Shipping, further strengthening his strategic understanding of the maritime sector. His extensive sea experience, combined with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence, brings valuable insight to our operations.
On a personal note… In my free time, I enjoy getting lost in a good book – each story feels like a passport to a new world full of adventure and discovery. When I’m in the mood for something more active, I turn to karate, a discipline that blends movement, focus, and inner strength. For me, reading and martial arts strike the perfect balance between mental exploration and physical challenge.
